Samsung ATIV S is the first windows 8 smartphone. The phone runs Windows Phone 8 OS and is powered by a 1.5Ghz Dual Core Krait processor with 1GB RAM. The phone sports a 4.8" super AMOLED capacitive touch screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
Camera and Multimedia
The phone features a 8MP camera with auto focus and LED flash. The camera has geo tagging and image stabilization features and can record videos at 1080p Full HD resolution. The phone also has a 1.9MP secondary camera for video calling.
Connectivity and Features
Samsung ATIV S runs on quad band 2G and quad band 3G. The phone is NFC compliant and has Bluetooth 3.0 and micro USB 2.0 for catering to all the connectivity needs of the user.
Battery and Storage
The phone has a 2300 mAH battery. THe phone will be available in variants of 16GB and 32GB internal memory , expandable by up to 32GB via micro SD card
